To create your account, activate your paid or referral access, show leaderboards, operate the referral programme, provide support, and send you service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a "child" is anyone under 18. If you are under 18, you may use PLAYNEET only with verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian, who accepts this policy on your behalf. We do not knowingly profile, behaviourally track, or serve targeted advertising to children. A parent/guardian may contact us to review or delete a child's data at any time.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, which acts as our data processor. We share data only with such service providers as needed to run the service, or where required by law. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by emailing playneetlive@gmail.com. We will act on valid requests within a reasonable time.
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
