By accessing or using PLAYNEET ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PLAYNEET provides gamified NCERT Biology revision for NEET and Board aspirants. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments & access

Full access is offered for a one-time fee (currently ₹1,999) valid for the stated period (currently 1 year), activated manually after payment verification. Free access may be earned via the referral programme at our discretion. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may revoke access obtained through fraud, chargeback, or abuse.

4. Intellectual property

All content, questions, text, design, code, graphics, the "PLAYNEET" name and logo, and the structure and arrangement of the Service are the exclusive property of PLAYNEET and are protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 PLAYNEET. All rights reserved. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own study only.

5. Anti-scraping & prohibited use

You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

use any bot, crawler, scraper, automated script, or other automated means to access, read, copy, or extract any content or data from the Service;
copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the questions, content, code, or design;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source data or question bank;
circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access-control, or rate-limiting features;
access the Service through any interface other than the one we provide, or impose unreasonable load on our systems.

We may monitor for, block, and pursue legal remedies against any such activity. Marked/"canary" entries may be used to detect unauthorised copying.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, exam outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service is error-free. PLAYNEET is an independent revision tool and is not affiliated with NCERT, NTA, or any examination authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYNEET and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLAYNEET against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
